In the year 2017, on July 20th along with his wife Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar, he started Parvathamma Rajkumar Studios, popularly known as PRK Studios, in honor of his mother. The two branches of this were PRK Productions and PRK Audio.

As we have seen the primary motive of this production house is to encourage new talent and support upcomers to enter the industry. Up to date, a total of 10 films have been released under this banner, including the superhit Gandhadagudi.
